Christmas at Park Street: CAU Philharmonic Society

Director Glynn Halsey and the Clark Atlanta University Philharmonic Society always have an interesting program for “Christmas at Park Street.” On occasion he has presented guests soloists. I don’t know what the program will be this year, but I attend every year and I have never been disappointed. I hope that they sing “Children Go Where I Send Thee.”

Amandla Arts Trio in LaGrange, Georgia

The Amandla Arts Trio is appearing in LaGrange, GA during the “Summer Festival of Music” event sponsored by The West Georgia Chapter of Morris Brown College National Alumni Association. I hope that I can get down to LaGrange for this event. I have heard Amandla Arts Trio before and it is definitely worth the $10.00 admission to hear them.
